I don't claim to know how to carve a roasted turkey.
But after 29 years of vegetarianism and many years of living far from the east coast, I spent the holiday (and ate turkey) with my family in Massachusetts for the first time in six years.
Now I can't stop eating turkey.
It started a few months ago when I purchased roasted turkey for my cat Emile but then ate his snack (with little intention of sharing it with him).
