116th Street and Malcolm X Blvd.
Last night I got off the train at 116th and Malcolm X Blvd. Walking westward, I overheard two, young African American men comment on the construction of this new structure.
Male A.: Wow, look at that new building they're putting up here in Harlem.
The conversation moves to who can afford to live there and who is moving into the neighborhood.
Male B. : Ya, white people come here thinking we're going to rob them, but instead, they come here [to buy our property] and rob us.

I was here. Enjoyed your last 5 blogs which I just read all at once. I love the capturing of dialogue: both eavesdropping and first hand.
